This is a Public Beta of the Xbox Game Pass app that provides an early peek at new capabilities. Users are encouraged to provide feedback through the app or by shaking their phone to share their thoughts.

XBOX GAME PASS BETA AGREEMENT

The following terms supplement the software license terms that accompany the Xbox Game Pass App beta.

MICROSOFT SERVICES AGREEMENT: You acknowledge that you have previously agreed to the Microsoft Services Agreement. The Microsoft Services Agreement applies to your use of the Xbox Game Pass App beta.

FEEDBACK: If you provide feedback about the Xbox Game Pass App beta to Microsoft, you grant Microsoft the right to use, share, and commercialize your feedback without charge. You also grant third parties any necessary patent rights to use or interface with specific parts of Microsoft software or services based on your feedback. You are prohibited from providing feedback that requires Microsoft to license its software or documentation to third parties. These rights survive this agreement.

PRE-RELEASE SOFTWARE: The Xbox Game Pass App beta is a pre-release version. It may not function properly or be representative of the final version of the software. Changes may occur before the final commercial version is released, or a commercial version may not be released at all.
